Materials include but are not limited to: Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminum, Plastic, Silver, Composites, or any of the exotic high heat alloys. |
The Equipment:
State of The Art CNC turning and CNC machining centers supported by a CAM (Computer Augmented Manufacturing) system that are linked directly to a programming system via DNC (Direct Numerical Control). |
Equipment Capacity's:
9" turning, 2 1/2" Bar feed capacity, 4 axis vertical CNC Machining centers - 40" x 20" x 20" (XYZ) table. |
Quality Assurance:
Chips, Inc. conforms to MIL-I-45208A Inspections System Requirements and MIL-STD-45662A Calibration System Requirements. We also offer SPC (Statistical Process Control) should your company require it. |
